1. The product
The AI Challenge provides seven self-paced digital lessons, guided exercises, reusable prompts and related learning materials. It is educational content and does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical or employment advice.
2. Access and acceptable use
Your purchase is for your personal use. You may use the lessons and prompts for your own work, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, copy in bulk, or provide account access to others.
3. AI tools and third-party services
Some exercises may ask you to use third-party AI services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not upload confidential, personal, regulated or employer-restricted information unless you are authorised to do so and the relevant service is appropriate for that information.
4. Accuracy and outcomes
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them. We do not promise particular productivity, career, business, income or financial results.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our authorised merchant-of-record/payment provider. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The Founding Beta is sold as a one-time purchase unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Changes to the beta
Because this is a beta product, we may improve lesson wording, exercises, features and presentation. We will not intentionally remove the core seven-day learning experience from a valid purchase without providing a reasonable alternative.
8. Intellectual property
The course design, original lesson text, frameworks, exercises and branded materials are owned by or licensed to The AI Challenge. Your own work and information remain yours.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided for educational use without guarantees that it will meet every individual need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
